Waste Tires

These wastes mainly include scraps generated during tyre manufacturing. Additionally, some expired tyres are included.

Pyrolysis

Waste tire pyrolysis plant uses thermochemical reactions to break down waste tires into pyrolysis oil (liquid), carbon black, steel wire (scrap), and syngas (gas).

Steel Wire

Reprocessed into other metal products for sale. The recycled iron wire can be used in construction and infrastructure projects, such as manufacturing rebars.

Carbon Black

Carbon black can be directly used in the production of cement, asphalt, inks, and coatings.Used as an additive in asphalt mixtures, printing ink, black dye, paint, etc.

Energy

Energy supply: It can be recycled to provide heat source for tyre pyrolysis after purification;

Advanced Tire Pyrolysis Technology

Converting waste into valuable resources through innovative thermal decomposition.

Our advanced pyrolysis technology operates at 300-600°C in an oxygen free environment, ensuring optimal decomposition of tire materials while maximizing energy recovery efficiency of 70-80%.

The facility integrates advanced pyrolysis technology with combined heat and power (CHP) co-generation, processing 660,000 tons of end-of-life tires annually. The plant will convert waste tires into value-added products pyrolysis oil (used for power generation), recovered carbon black, steel wire, and syngas while generating grid electricity and verified carbon credits.
